A single moment, frozen in time.
It could be a special moment. It could be a beautiful landscape. It might even just be a glass sitting on a table. Whatever moment it is, they come and they go. But once that second is gone, it's gone forever.
That's why we love photography. Photography allows us to capture those single moments and preserve them. That's why we're here. At Atomicicebox Studios, our goal is to preserve moments in time so they don't get away, lost forever. Life comes pretty fast and if you miss it, the moment is lost forever. Don't allow time to take your moments away from you. |

PhotoIncidental 1.0
Our first photo book! The concept of the book is kind of simple: there is no real "theme" as it were. For this first book, we looked to things random. Using random as the concept for the contents, we looked for a more expressive word to describe the things inside. "Random" is just kind of boring. So we consulted dictionary.com and random led us to this:
[in-si-den-tl]
-adjective
1. Subordinate or secondary in importance or position.
2. Occurring or likely to occur as an unpredictable or minor accompaniment.
3. Occurring by chance or in isolation.
This volume, PhotoIncidental 1.0, is a collection of some of the photos that designer/photographer Tim Georgi has taken while in the various places that he has lived and worked over the last 10 years, everywhere from Utah and Southern California to his home-away-from-home, Chicago.

MiceSigns
A lot of photo books look at the grand things around us, but do we really ever take time to notice the little things? Do we ever stop to think about the time and effort that go into those little things? A lot of times, things like this get overlooked because they're such a normal part of our every day lives, we take them for granted. MiceSigns combines three of photographer and design guru Tim Georgi's favorite things: design, photography, and Disney. This volume is a look at some of "normal" things that we see at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, but may not really take too much notice of, signs. |
